Our History
Doug’s Auto Body began in 1975 with one location in Coopersville, MI. The founder, Doug, later passed the business on to his son and daughter, who are the current owners. In the summer of 2008, Doug’s Auto Body expanded to include a new 2000 ft. shop space and bigger office.
These expansions have allowed us to continually grow to meet the needs of both long-time and brand-new customers over the years. In December 2016, a second Doug's Auto Body location opened in Grand Rapids to help us serve even more West Michigan drivers.
